CMM2000 is an application oriented to the analysis of Radial/Translating Cams, Cylindrical/Globoidal Cams or GENEVA Wheels, STAR Wheels and INTERMITTENT Drum Mechanisms.

The analysis can follows two way :

· When it is known the follower Motion Type the Cam profile, correlated with displacement, velocity and acceleration are immediately calculated.

· When it is known the Cam profile (FILE of POINTS) are verified the Follower kinematics as displacement, velocity and acceleration.

Capabilities:

1. Use of different followers (Knife-edge, roller, flat-faced with/without offset follower).

2. Evaluation of conjugate Cams (follower configuration: rocker-arm, yoke radial cam flat-faced, and so).

3. Graphics simulation of follower displacement.

4. Pressure angle and cam radius curvature evaluation with diagrams plotting.

5. Output in MI, DXF ,IGES ,STEP and other 3D format useful for cad.

6. Mecad interfacing ( software application for flat kinematic motion design ).

7. Data report with images and table in HTML format

8. excel format data export.

CMM2000 is interfaced with other CAM SOFT s.r.l. applications oriented to the working on CN machine like:

· EDM2000 EDM wire profile cutting for dies.

· PGL2000 2.5 axes milling and turning.
