AT Pulleys

High performance AT type toothed pulleys.
They do not respond to specific standard but to the results of study and research of belt manufacturers.

The toothed belt profile is designed to engage the pulley without sliding, distributing the effort across the tooth
surface, achieving a steady increase in power transmittable.
Solution can be further optimized in order to get low-backlash transmissions.
To this end, a double dimensioning is proposed: Backlash SE and Zero Backlash.
It is recommended to reduce the "br" dimension to a value of "1.1 * Zero Backlash" depending on the
transmission ratio and the number of revolutions.

The standard belts are available for metric pitch 3, 5, 10, 20.
Dimensions of the tooth profile of the Pulleys are shown in the table below
(symbolism has a close analogy with that used by DIN 7721-2).
