NF E 22-141 standard provides to coupling Shaft-Crown for reference diameter between 4 mm to 400 mm.
The standard correlates External Diameter of shaft with teeth number and module, calculates V
value allowing to obtain the profile shift coefficients X1 = X2 .

The profiles to be processed are selected among those made available on the menu, except for
derogation; for the same Reference Diameter are available several modules, among which
select the appropriate one that defines the corresponding change in the number of teeth.

Only Side and Major Diameter guiding options are available because Minor Diameter guiding
required a longer zone at the root of tooth.

Example of nomenclature: DE 8 x 0.5 x 14 E 22-141 (nominal diameter x module x teeth number)

Inserting Module value into first edit control, the COMBO list shows only the related choices.

It is possible to select Coupling options :

The coupling are obtained managing clearance and backlash without modifying the R7 tolerance on the external diameter of the crown.
